Very professional staff, everything impeccably clean.
Well-maintained and well-kept hotel located not far from the services, Dubai with group of 50 travelers and Fortune Grand, Fortune Pearl & Fortune boutique. Decent sized and brand-new room on the 2nd level. Best possible location in the heart of the city.

Hotel was well-run and good value. I appreciated a very nice restaurant with an Indian menu. Actually everything was amazing, my next choice again in Dubai.

I stayed for one night since it was close to an event I was attending. The room was quite spacious and clean, and I appreciated the abundance of towels provided. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with its diverse offerings, but the music from the party lounge made it hard to concentrate at times. it was a decent experience, especially given the room's cleanliness and the helpfulness of the staff, particularly Chiqui Rivera who was very accommodating.

The place is impeccably clean, the room is nicely furnished, the staff is extremely helpful. The location is nice and absolutely perfect, and here's the cherry on top - close to a subway station. It's in a nice building in the fairly quiet area. The restaurant is good with delicious dishes to choose from.

The pastries at breakfast were a good surprise, especially with the way they paired with the fresh fruit. Chiqui Rivera, and the cleanliness of my Standard King Room was excellent.

The breakfast was great with its diverse offerings.
It was so loud that I couldn't hear the employee when I was trying to ask about my room.

The rooms have no sound proofing whatsoever. My stay was for about 10 nights and in those 10 nights I changed my room 4 times ranging from first floor to the 3rd floor but the problem remained the same. Noises that can't let you sleep comfortably are from one room to the other, noise from the lobby, noise from the restaurant and last but not the least the clubs on the ground floor. The noise from the club comes all the way to the 3rd floor

The hotel is good as seems newly constructed, but in order to have a happy stay, please avoid any kind of communication or interaction with staff, maybe the Indian staff was unable to understand or were not properly trained as i had an extremely bad experience but maybe it was bad luck and staff should be given benefit of doubt. Please do not expect them to have basic skills like how to charge a card or renew room keys etc. including te manages,
Hotel Staff, especily the oens at front desk and Managers.

Comfy, comfy, comfy

Nice decoration. clean rooms
the clubs' noise is hectic; I could not sleep till after the club closed at 3 a.m then the receptionist wakes you up at 10 am to ask you what time you are leaving. Whoever meets you inside the hotel asks your name and room number (Hotel POliy). The door did not open and they suggested I call the room service to open it to me when I need access.
